1. A chance to get valuable practical experience of working at a Competitive yard that offers stabling, instruction, and Work Riding. Many learning opportunities.

2. Please note that the Intern will be required to pay a small fee to Harties Riding Club.

3. One formal Private lesson (not necessarily riding) per week is included in all programs. Ongoing instruction in all aspects of horse care plus, schooling and lessons.

4. Intern program can be customized to suit each person. Programs can range from one day to five days per week. One week to one year! Hours 06.30 to 16.45. Meals and drinks are to be provided by the Intern.

5. Intern will be expected to be involved with all aspects of an Equestrian yard.

6. A chance to observe and/or assist in all lessons and clinics offered at Harties.

7. Program will include preparing horses for competitions.

8. There will be opportunities to attend shows.

9. Appropriate letters of reference will be given to all Interns.

10. There is no accommodation available at the stables.
